Old an new ways

I´m an office worker in a insurance company. It´s a nine-to-five jobwith regular working hours. The work isn´t very interesting, but I like to be able to go home at a reasonable time.
We all have to clock in a clock hour every day. In this company, even the managers have to, is unusuall.



I´m in computer programming. There´s a system of flextime in my company, wich means we can work when we want, within certian limits. We can start at any time before eleven, and finish as early as three, as long as wedo enough hours each month. it´s ideal for me as I have two young children.

Appying for a Job

Fred is a van driver, but he was fed up with long trips. He looked on the situations vacant pages on his local newspaper, where a local supermarket was advertising for van drivers for a new delivery service. He applied for the job by completing an application form and sending it in-

Harry is a building enginieer. He saw a job in the appointments pages of one of the nationals papers. He made an application, sending his CV (curriculum vitae) and a convering letter explaining why he wanted the job and why he was the right person for it.

Recruiment

the proces of finding people for particular jobs is recruiment or, especially in American English, hiring. someone who has been recruited is a recruit or, in American English, a hire. The company employs or hies them; they join the company. A company may recruit employees directly or use outside recruiters, recruitment agencies or employment agencies. Outside specialist called headhunters may be called on to headhunt people of very important jobs, persuading them to leave the rganizations they already work for. This process is called headhumting

Musical Skills

I love music, not every kind of music, but I respect diferent styles.
I like Pop, Pop-Rock, jaz, bues, ballads and opera; I dislike polka, reggaeton and heavy metal, but as I sayed before I respect the style and people who like it.
I born with a few musikal skills, in fact just one, the voice(I´m not a professional singer but I try my best), since five years ago I´ve been developing annothers skills, like hear a song and know the tone, and playing guitar I can make the rhythm(I wasen´t born with those skills, but I have to work hard to get them).
I´m not a magnificent musician, but I try my Best, and I keep on learning all the time.

Horror Films

I really like movies, everi kind of them, Love stories, comedy, musicals, thrillers, acton, but my favorite is horror films. I like strong emotions, I cannot imagine what woul I do if a killer was trayin to catch me.
May be I´d start to cry or disesperate, I don´t really know but it is just fantasy, is not real(Thank God).
The feelin about not know what is going to happen, or who is the next victim, is horrible, but in a part i liked.(may be you think I´m crazy, may be is true (laugh)).
One of my favorits is the saga of SCREAM, & movies about vampires and werewolves such as UNDERWORLD and A WOLF MAN AMERICAN IN PARIS.
That is part about what I like horror films.

Nail and Tooth

In this horror film the world is in chaos, the civilization is about to disappear; it wasn´t about a nuclear war or something like that, it is because the fuel used up, so there is no electricity or another source of energy.
People try to survive living in small groups. The movie concentrate in a specific group who live in a hospital, they are leading by scientist, who coordinates all the activities.
One day they found a girl who was been attacked by a man, she was running away from a group of cannibals who chase her till where the other group hides.
One by one they start to disappear; they had been killed and eaten by the cannibals. In the last part of the movie they discover that the girl they save is the leader of the cannibals and a cannibal to.

What happen in Vegas

The film is about a girl (Cameron Diaz) who is dumped by her boyfriend, because she is a demanding person; and an irresponsible boy (Ashton Kutcher) who is fired for his father.
Both live in New York, and don´t know to each other. By their parts decide to go to Las Vegas with a friend.
Because a mistake they have the same room of the hotel, they complain to the receptionist who give them separate rooms and free passes for different casinos and clubs, to compensate for so they go out together. They have fun and drink a lot. In the morning she realize that she got married and decide to get divorce; She talk about it with him while she is playing a machine which make them earn a lot of money.
If they get divorce, they have to share the money in equal parts, so they decide stay married till they make the other make a mistake then one of them can keep all the money.

Final destination 3

This movies is about a girl who is a bout to graduate; she and her friends go to a funfaire where they get on board on a roller coaster, then the girl have a premonition of their death, but no everyone believe her. Them who listen to her warning get off the roller coaster, but one by one start to die in very stranges accidents. She and a Friend try to save the people but they cannot do to much for helpp them.

HERO

this is a Marya Carey´s song.
It´s a beautiful song.
It talk about a person, who is going trough difficult situations, being and feeling lonely, but He can face all this circunstances no mattrer what; he can fight whit his problems and finaly overcome the obstacle and discovering the hero who lies in his side.

Two days in Paris

This movie isabout a couple and the problems they trough when they go to paris.
The girl is french, and she and her family have to mani un usual customes.
The boy is american,he cannot understand everything is happening but he makes a graet effort.
In tis trip she met with her ex boyfriends, that make her boyfrien get jealous, and he start to imagine to many bad things about her girlfriend and her ex boyfrieds, It was very funny!!

The miracle

This song is about a man who has done to many bad things.
this man is conscient about his wrongs and he just to think that he could not recive forgivnes.
but now he knows that there is some one who loves him no matter what did he do.
This person who love him is God. God has given to him a new sensce to his life....and now he can live whit freedom, happines, faith and confidence.

A VERY HARD DAY!!

Thursday is my hardest day on the week. I'll tell you why.
Every thursday I wake up at 5:30 a. m. I put my clothes on and go out. I take the bus and travel about 20 minuts from my house to the down town and anothers 20 from the center to school, I arrive at school at 7:00 am and my classes begin.
I take classes to 7:00 trough 9:00 a.m. then I have to wait in the school until 2:30 p.m for my english class, so I buy something to eat for breakfast.
I leave the school at 4:00 p. m., I take the bus to get back to my house. I arrive there at 5:00 and then I have my lunch.
At 6:30 p.m. I have teology classes at a seminary so I go out again and return to my house arround the 11:00 p.m.
I have my dinner and if I heve homework to do, I do it, then I can go to sleep.
Can you see? Thursday is a very hard day to me.
